| This is a current entry on the StarNow jobs website, which is a site that offers jobs specifically to dancers, actors, models, and people who want to be on tv...
Are you or do you know a time traveller?
We are
searching for people that have travelled either back in time to the
present or who may have experienced time travel to the future however
briefly.
We are shooting a pilot and looking to find some
testimonials and interviews of people who have been time travellers. We
would also like to hear from anyone who may have experienced
inter-dimensional relocation.
Our production is extremely open minded and this phenomenon is being treated in a serious manner.
We are also looking for people who may know or have met others who have travelled.
Our
programme will focus on both the physical and meta-physical sides of
trans-dimensional relocation and will also include a discussion about
the Novikov self-consistency principle and quantum entanglement.
We are therefore also looking for physicists and mathematicians who would be interested in discussing this topic.
Please apply now to take part or for more information.
Created: 11 Mar 2007 Applications accepted until: 31 Mar 2007 Application criteria: Males & Females aged 16 to 99 from Worldwide
Notice that the final entry date is the 31st of March. I imagine that whichever poor creature actually replies to this add will be an immense April fool.

| So. I am flying out to Africa in just under 32 hours. A vaguely scary thought, but then I am afraid of nothing... There is something wrong with my luggage though. I have put everything I can think of in there, and it only weighs 8 kilos. There is a 20 kilo limit, which leads me to assume that people generally take at least that in order for the rule to be instigated. Perhaps I am abnormal. I shall tell you what I definitely am though, and that is shattered. I need to get some serious sleep into the next 29 hours (until I have to leave for the airport), or by the time I get to the orphans I shall be unable to stand up. This would be unfortunate in the extreme. I have taken my medication though, so I might not die. I have been listening to this album all week. I love it. I am going to be in the air for 14 hours out of the next 50 or so. I suppose it is not so much when I put it like that... But included in that 50 is at least 6 hours of waiting in airports doing nothing. Or reading. I need to find a book I have not read. Or one worth reading several times over. I must leave now, before the sleep overtakes me and I collapse all over the floor. I bid you adieu.

| I feel it is time to give you all a small update on my life. So here goes. Worship group was fantastic, as ever. Full of singing. Very odd that. Chocolate covered jelly tots pretending to be original and not at all like jelly tots covered in chocolate are fabulous. Even though they are pretending. I accidentally gave a guy 20p, because I had it in my hand (in preparation for buying the aforementioned form of sugar) and he asked specifically if I had a 20p, and I did not want to lie... I got some tips off the nice shopkeeper who saw, albeit in not very polite language, so next time I shall be prepared. But I shall not use the arsenal of obscenity. Nope. I shall politely inform him that he is not welcome in my vicinity. That was the upshot of the vaguely impolite language. I have been making braided wristbands, and I am rather pleased with the results. Yesterday I ate a lot (in honor of Cat's birthday), and I was very happy, but then I accidentally (except kind of on purpose) had real coffee instead of the fake variety, and it did evil bad things to my stomach and my head, even though I immedietely doused it with water. I have bought some new shoes which I like very much, but it appears that the feeling is not mutual, as they are trying very hard to rip my feet to shreds. And finally, my finger hurts. This is because I shot a staple into it earlier. Ladies and gentlemen, this is my life.

| I feel quite old and boring. This is because I keep being too tired to play out on Sundays. For example, people were out in force today (including my LITTLE BROTHER), in various different locations, and where was I? Asleep. On my bedroom floor. Hurrah. But actually, it is good. This way I can spend time with myself... Even though she is asleep... Hm. I think I will get over it. Yup. I am not actually listening to The Godfather music anymore. I am listening to Anastacia. But it is okay to admit that because nobody reads this anymore. You see the beauty? In fact I am writing merely for my own amusement, as, due to having had five hours sleep this afternoon, I am now slightly awake. Before this I was listening to Charis's music. You can find her pretty voice here:

I am quite hungry, but not enough to justify standing up and walking all the way to the kitchen. I have also run out of things of even vague interest to say, as all my anecdotes seem to be about babies and small children. Not because I want any. Because I have been in the creche and my house... Also possibly because I spent Friday with Elinor. She has this marvellous talent for rubbing off some (and only some) of her immense girlishness, which resulted in (very) early morning conversations about wedding dresses and hen night activities. Tank driving and paint-ball shooting were the favourites. Why should boys have all the fun? And so you know, tank driving was Ellie's idea...

| I woke up this morning on my bedroom floor, fully dressed, on top of a duvet that I had been in the middle of putting a duvet cover on when I was last conscious (twelve hours ago), with no recollection whatsoever of how I got there. I never even made it to my couch (right next to the door)! In case you have not perused it already, Bible Week was rather tiring. But so awesome! Kids work was fantastic, the seminars that I got to were really good, and the two meetings that I got to were brilliant. You will note that I have managed not to use the word 'amazing'. I also got to spend some quality time with my sister (Olivia). So much so that she got very upset with me when I accidentally abandoned her (once) and talked to boys instead. The first thing I did upon arriving back at King's House was to go to Abduls and order three lamb kebabs, two chicken kebabs, and a portion of chips. Sadly, only one of the chicken kebabs was for me... | | |
